The sea view was stunning, but the room felt cluttered and cramped.

stayed here for one night and it was lovly. the room had a gorgeous view of the water and it was nice to chill by the window with a cuppa. breakfast was amazin too, they brought it to our room and it was super tasty. the host was really friendly and helped us out a lot, made our stay feel special. overall a really comfy and pleasant stay.

the fridge in the room could've been colder and there were quite a few stairs to climb which was tiring.

The soaking tub was amazing! The room had a cozy feel, with lovely decor and a mini fridge. Oh, and that hot water pot for tea was just perfect! I felt at home and appreciated how the host was always checking in.

our stay at alltavona house was incredible! the double room with sea view offered breathtaking views of the harbor, especially during sunset. breakfast was delightful, and the hosts made us feel right at home. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the town center. plus, complimentary bottled water was a nice touch!

Had a fab stay! Our double room was super clean with a stunning sea view. Spent mornings watching cute otters. The breakfast delivered was delish, we even had fresh croissants one day. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Just wish the pillows were a bit comfier. Location's perfect—quiet at night, but close to town.

Rooms sometimes feel cluttered with excess decor. for instance, an overload of cushions and large lamps leaves little space for personal items. Lastly, the bathroom lacks essential hooks, which can be a hassle for night attire or towels.

During my stay, I was impressed by the warm, comfortable bedrooms and the picturesque surroundings that made each stroll around Oban a joy, especially with St Columba's Cathedral just a few steps away—a must-see!

Perfect getaway for couples

I stayed for two nights in a Double Room with Sea View and the view was incredible. Each morning, I enjoyed a lavish breakfast spread with an endless supply of tea, they really know how to spoil you here.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
